The Ultimate prototyping machine
Solid Steel frame
Samurai Machine tools have designed the first cnc machine with a solid steel frame. The results being much higher rigidity and precision compared to a typical cast iron frame.
Shielded way covers
The Y axis features full way cover protection as standard to increase durability of the accordion covers - and to reduce manual cleaning cycles. X & Z coolant proof protection is also available.
Base plate
Add extra mass, strength and stability to the machine with the optional 50mm (2") thick base plate.
Dual ATC
Samurai Machine tools have designed the first cnc machine with the capability of a second tool changer.
Single ATC
If you don't need 28 tools you can save money with the Single ATC.
No ATC
The ATC is a luxury not a necessity. With the pneumatic drawbar fitted as standard you can manually change tools in under 2 seconds.
